Paintings and Photographs

Below is a representative sample of abstract themes selected from many years of work in several mediums and with various methods.  One of my most interesting observations is that the spiritual, mental, and physical processes are remarkably similar when creating a painting vs. creating a photograph.  A related notion is that the processes and methods utilized for abstraction is indeed closely related to representational work. Therefore my conclusion is that abstraction is part of our world and cannot be separated from it.
